I have always been terribly confused about the definition, the philosophy and core meaning of LEADERSHIP.

• Is Leadership about the expansive discourse? Is it 7, 14, 10, 99 habits, ways, … of doing something?
  
• Is it the proprietary skill of the CXOs, self-described social ecologist or authors of best sellers?
  
• Why is it considered axiomatic that leadership is for the extraordinary?
  
• Why do we want to forfeit the opportunity to be leaders or recognize leaders amongst us?
